Pastor Darren gives us the background to the book of Matthew, showing us why this book is so captivated with the teaching on the Kingdom of Heaven. He highlights the fact that the Kingdom of Heaven is an entity in itself that is brought about by God and not by us humans. We are simply invited to come close to and live in, this Kingdom! He then uses these truths about the Kingdom of Heaven to introduce a new summer sermon series that will take a good look at each of the ‘attitude statements’ in Matthew 5:1-12.
